How much fun could one have cooking for others? I get to try breakfast recipes and serve them to my friends to get their opinion. I want my Amazing Innkeeper Relief breakfasts to be the best they can be, so perfect practice makes perfect! I had my first gathering tonight with 3 friends I invited over for a breakfast sampling dinner. The potato recipe I chose was from the Hillcrest Inn & Carriage House in Burlington, Wisconsin which I located in a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article sharing area B&B recipes. I served them with a monte cristo casserole recipe that also came from a friend who cut it out of the Milwaukee paper for me. Both recipes received a ‘thumbs up’ from all the taste testers that evening.
